This is why, like them, we want to take the time and make the necessary efforts to create simple, healthy, natural, tasty and generous cuisine.
Rediscovering the authentic taste of yesteryear requires constant work and a detailed knowledge of the products that we have selected directly from the producers. This is our commitment and our passion.
Our method of manufacturing from a homemade dough, naturally fermented and rested for more than 48 hours (pizza dough without tomato and mozzarella sauce base), as well as the choice of quality products, give the pizza its taste authentic and its lightness.
